Warranty Coverage Guidelines
Before submitting your warranty claim, please review the conditions below to confirm eligibility:
- Loose or misaligned buttons
- Improperly fitted case (does not align with the phone model)
- Defective charging port cutouts or button responsiveness due to manufacturing issues
- Camera cutout misalignment that interferes with taking photos
- All warranty requests must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date.
Important for Amazon purchases:
- Warranty claims are accepted only 30 days after the purchase date.
- If it has been less than 30 days, the return must be processed directly through Amazon.
- Damage caused by DROPS, FALLS, OR IMPACT
- Cracks or breaks resulting from MISUSE OR ACCIDENTS
- Wear and tear from daily use
- Water or heat damage
- Cosmetic issues after prolonged use (scratches, fading, dirt stains)
- Damage caused while removing or installing the case improperly
Warranty cannot be processed if:
- The product was purchased more than 12 months ago
Please note: To avoid delays, please ensure your case meets the coverage criteria outlined above before submitting a warranty claim. Claims that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately be declined. The warranty only applies to cases purchased through authorized sellers and within the warranty period.
