 Warranty Coverage Guidelines

Before submitting your warranty claim, please review the conditions below to confirm eligibility:

Warranty Covers (Manufacturing Defects Only):
  • Loose or misaligned buttons
  • Improperly fitted case (does not align with the phone model)
  • Defective charging port cutouts or button responsiveness due to manufacturing issues
  • Camera cutout misalignment that interferes with taking photos
  • All warranty requests must be submitted within 12 months of the original purchase date.
Important for Amazon purchases:
  • Warranty claims are accepted only 30 days after the purchase date.
  • If it has been less than 30 days, the return must be processed directly through Amazon.
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
  • Damage caused by DROPS, FALLS, OR IMPACT
  • Cracks or breaks resulting from MISUSE OR ACCIDENTS
  • Wear and tear from daily use
  • Water or heat damage
  • Cosmetic issues after prolonged use (scratches, fading, dirt stains)
  • Damage caused while removing or installing the case improperly
Warranty cannot be processed if:
  • The product was purchased more than 12 months ago

Please note: To avoid delays, please ensure your case meets the coverage criteria outlined above before submitting a warranty claim. Claims that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately be declined. The warranty only applies to cases purchased through authorized sellers and within the warranty period.
