SHIPPING & RETURNS

Getting your gear and what to do if it’s not right.

What is your return policy?

We focus on quality, not mass returns. We do not process direct returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. We process replacements only for defects covered by our warranty (see section 3). We want you to love your Motivecase, so please ensure you select the correct model before purchasing.

How do I process a return if I bought from Amazon?

If your purchase was made through Amazon and you are within their 30-day window, you must initiate the return directly through the Amazon platform. This is the fastest and most cost-effective method for refunds and replacements.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

Please contact Customer Service immediately with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, but if we catch it before shipping, we can update the address. If the order has already left the warehouse, we are unable to redirect the package.

Do you ship to my country (e.g., Europe, UK)?

Currently, direct shipping outside of the US is limited. We are actively working to expand our reach, and often our rugged cases are available via Amazon Europe. Please check your regional Amazon site for better pricing and shipping options.

WARRANTY & CLAIMS

Protecting your purchase: what’s covered and how to claim it.

What is the duration of the Motivecase warranty?

Our product is protected by a Limited One (1) Year Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is not "lifetime." It is essential to understand that the warranty does not cover damage from impact, severe drops, or normal wear and tear.

Is product registration required for the warranty?

Yes, registration is mandatory. You must register your product within 30 days of purchase via the provided QR code or link to validate your claim in our system. Failure to register within this timeframe may void your warranty claim.

What defects does the warranty cover (e.g., broken clip, crack in the case)?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This includes structural cracks not caused by impact, broken holster clips, or kickstand failures. Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or damage from accidental drops.

What happens if my warranty claim is approved?

If your claim is approved, we will send you an invoice with a 100% discount on the product. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping and handling cost of the replacement Motivecase to their address.

ORDERS

Clarity on tracking, common mistakes, and making sure your order is right.

How do I know my order is legitimate if tracking is delayed?

We understand your concern. Motivecase is a legitimate company; your order is safe. Tracking numbers are generated when the label is created and may take 24-48 business hours to update once the carrier scans the package. We appreciate your patience!

How do I get my tracking number?

Your tracking number is automatically sent to your registered email address as soon as your package is handed over to the shipping distributor. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within two business days.

I ordered the wrong phone model (e.g., Pro instead of Pro Max), can I exchange it?

Yes, we can facilitate the exchange, but you must cover shipping. The procedure is: 1) Return the incorrect case to our warehouse. 2) Send us the tracking number. 3) We will send you an invoice with a 100% product discount, and you only pay for the new shipping cost to receive the correct model.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?

We apologize for the error! Please contact Customer Service immediately with your order number, the model you ordered, and the model you received. We will generate a new shipment with the correct Motivecase model right away, at our expense.

Quick answers on protection, compatibility, and device features.

Do your cases include an integrated screen protector?

Most of our series (Ranger, Bunker, Fancy) do not include an integrated screen protector. Instead, we offer superior passive protection through a raised over-screen bezel and reinforced corners to protect the display from direct impact and scratches on flat surfaces.

Does the holster clip work as a kickstand?

It depends on the series: Bunker Series (Heavy Duty): The holster clip rotates 360° for secure carrying but does not function as a kickstand. Ranger Series (V1 & V2): The holster clip is designed to work as an integrated, stable kickstand (vertical or horizontal, depending on the V1 or V2 version).

Is the case compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe?

Yes, all our main series are fully compatible with wireless charging. Furthermore, our Bunker, Ranger, and Crystal series include integrated MagSafe technology, allowing seamless use of magnetic chargers, mounts, and accessories for both iPhone and Samsung devices.

Why does my case have a Prop 65 warning?

This is a legal warning required by the State of California for products containing trace amounts of certain substances. Your Motivecase is safe for its intended use, meets all federal safety standards, and this warning is a legal formality, not a cause for health concern.
