Does the Motive warranty cover damage to the device?
No, the Motive warranty does not cover any damage to the device as a result of the use of any Motive product. While our products are designed and tested to provide maximum protection, there are many factors to consider when a device is damaged, most of which are out of our control.
What is required for a warranty claim?
We will need your name, address, product information, and what is wrong with the product itself. This means you need to activate your warranty through product registration. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

What is your return policy?
Conditions for Returns In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The product must be in new or unused condition with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Warranty coverage requires proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip).
- All returns must be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside of the package for identification. Ship to Motive Products, 1880 Sterling Pl, Brooklyn NY 11233, Attn: Returns Dept.
- Returns will not be accepted without a return claim submitted on the website
- Goods must be returned properly packaged in their original shipping container or in an equivalent, ESD-safe container.
- Goods must be returned with adequate packaging to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
To exchange a defective or broken item please complete the warranty form.
Do you offer warranty?
Motive warranties extend to authorized dealers only. No warranty offered by Seller is transferable. Each of Motive Warranties covers defects arising under normal use only and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or problems with electrical power.

Why am I experiencing an error while trying to place my order or complete the transaction?
There are a few reasons you may receive an error when trying to place an order. If you have any information missing such as PO Box or street address you’ll get an error message. In addition, if you’ve entered the incorrect payment information you’ll also receive an error message.

Why is my discount code not working?
