Our return policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased from www.motivecase.com. Please note that items bought from third-party vendors are not eligible for refunds; for returns, please contact the respective store.

While we do not offer exchanges, you can return unwanted items for a refund and place a new order for the items you desire. Returned products must be in their original packaging and complete with all contents. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise specified by our customer care team.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking number or delivery confirmation for returned packages, as Motive® are not liable for lost or stolen items during transit. Returns will only be accepted if a return claim is submitted through our website.
